Fix BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) issue when using zero clients as endpoints


Introduction


While using zero clients as an endpoint in the Monitors AnyWhere system, we've encountered several occasions where the Windows operating will fail and show the BSOD screen (Blue Screen of Death). After many investigations, we've managed to allocate the issue and found a solution for it.



Solution


1. Uninstall the current 'Network USB Utility' application that you are using and restart your system.
Sometimes it may require to restart the system twice. 

2. Download and extract the version of the 'Network USB Utility' from this link:

3. Install it and restart again. 

That should solve the BSOD issue in your system.
