Introduction
By assigning specific tags to screens, MAWi provides a helpful way to group them into different categories based on factors like location, department or use case (such as Advertisement screens, Production Floor screens, Cafeterias, etc.). This feature can be beneficial for organizing screens and making it easier to manage content playback and scheduling. For instance, you can assign a group of screens in the production area a specific tag and schedule them to display content related to production metrics, safety information, or other relevant data.
To assign a tag to a group of screens in MAWi, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MAWi account and expand the "Tags" section.
2. To create a new tag click on the "Create New Tag" option, give it a name, and select a unique color for it. After completing these steps, click "Finish" to create the new tag.
3. Select the screens that you want to group together by clicking on the checkbox next to each screen.
4. Drag and drop the tag name on to the selected screens.
