How to configure a Videowall using MAWi - Grid and Creative layout

Here is how to set up the screens in a video wall layout:

Make sure the “Scale and Layout” is set to 100% inside Windows Display Settings:

 

• Right click on the desktop and select Display settings
• Select the first screen and make sure it’s set to 100% in the “Scale and Layout” section.
• Preform the same procedure for all the screens connected to your PC.
  

 - Inside MAWi´s Dashboard open Admin Panel > Display Config Tool

 - Select the location´s name from the list

In case that MAWi´s Agent is not running as Admin you will receive this notification click "YES"

– Click on ‘Identify screens’ to map and align your video wall screens.

How to create an aligned to the grid (regular) Videowall 

– Drag-and-drop the screens to the Video Wall Mode area to set up your video wall following the actual

   physical position of your screens.

– Set the Resolution per screen property to define the overall resolution of your video wall. 

– Set the Bezel correction properties (measured in pixels).

When done, click on the Apply button to apply your settings.

How to create a Video Wall using Creative Mode 

Untick the ‘Align to grid (Color Palette Icon)’  to set up a creative video wall, with screens in any angle and aspect ratio.

The grid will change to creative mode and you can drag and drop the screens freely

You can rotate and align the screens manually to any angle or position or use the settings menu to add a specific

angle and position

When done, click on the Apply button to apply your settings.
